Myanmar to receive its first North American natural soda ash in June 2026

Yangon, 11 May 2026 - Kelin Co., Ltd. ("Kelin") has completed the sale, coordination and transportation of high-quality natural dense soda ash sourced from North America for a scrap-metal recycling plant in Myanmar.

North America is a massive global supplier of natural soda ash (sodium carbonate) [$0.5.2]. The region produces over 13.9 million tons yearly, mostly from natural trona ore mined in Green River, Wyoming [$0.5.1].
